Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineering teams.
• Experience leading native iOS and Android apps or cross-platform mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term engineering strategy for WEX Mobility Mobile Experience.
• Develop and maintain the engineering roadmap aligned with business priorities and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution across teams.
