You’ll guide production frameworks, ship scalable patterns across iOS, Android, and responsive web, and partner with design, product, and engineering leadership to drive mobile initiatives that empower developers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management with mobile teams.
• Experience building production frameworks and component systems.
• Strong communication for balancing technical leadership with people management.
• Deep mobile background with native development and cross‑platform frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a mobile design engineering team across iOS, Android, and web.
• Define technical vision and establish scalable mobile design systems.
