The role spans the USA and Brazil, delivering end‑to‑end systems for card-based spend controls and fleet management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in leadership, hands-on mobile development, and a track record building large distributed systems while ensuring

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management.
• Hands-on experience in mobile development (native or cross‑platform).
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with robust testing and performance validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mobility Engineering team for the 10-4 by WEX product across USA and Brazil.
• Develop and execute long‑term vision and strategy with a clear roadmap and OKRs.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery from concept to deployment and support.
• Drive metrics‑driven productivity and cross‑team collaboration with product and sales.
