Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Mobile Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead strategy, design, deployment, and management of enterprise mobile and endpoint solutions across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

The role focuses on MDM/MAM, zero-touch enrollment, policy design for BYOD/COPE/COBO, and zero-trust endpoint security, reporting to the Store Support Office in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu). You will mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in endpoint engineering or device management roles, with at least 2 years focused on mobile endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/MAM platforms (Intune required, Kandji/SOTI beneficial).
• Experience with ABM, Android Enterprise and Windows Autopilot enrollment programs.
• Strong understanding of Conditional Access and Entra ID device compliance; ability to design BYOD/COPE/COBO policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise MDM/MAM platforms across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
• Architect zero-touch enrollment programs (ABM/DEP, Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot).
• Enforce BYOD, COPE, COBO policies and align with security standards.
• Develop and manage app protection policies and configuration profiles via Intune and Entra ID.
• Collaborate on zero-trust endpoint strategy with security team; ensure device compliance and identity-based access.
• Lead endpoint lifecycle: patch management, software deployment, and policy frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers; provide technical escalation and cross-functional support.
