SHI International is seeking a Manager - Modern Endpoint Management to lead enterprise endpoint strategy, governance, and lifecycle across mobile and desktop devices. You will drive cloud-native modern management, zero-touch provisioning, and policy standardization in a hybrid Austin or Somerset location.

This role requires expert UEM/MDM knowledge (Intune/Endpoint Manager), strong Windows/macOS deployment, and automation skills (PowerShell).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise endpoint management and governance.
• Experience with modern management platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE) required.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive enterprise endpoint strategy across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Lead lifecycle management: procurement, provisioning, deployment, and retirement.
• Develop and enforce device enrollment, configuration, and security baselines.
• Lead zero-touch provisioning using Autopilot, ADE, and Android Enterprise.
• Partner with security, IT ops, and vendors to optimize performance and costs.
