Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Mobile Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead strategy, design, deployment, and ongoing management of enterprise mobile and endpoint solutions across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. You will own MDM/MAM programs and zero-touch enrollment, ensuring a secure, compliant endpoint posture in partnership with security.

The role reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in‑office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years in endpoint engineering with mobile endpoint focus.
• Strong knowledge of MDM/MAM platforms (Intune, Kandji, SOTI).
• Hands-on ABM/DEP, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot enrollment.
• Experience with Conditional Access and Entra ID (Azure AD) policies.
• Proficient in scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise MDM/MAM across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
• Architect zero-touch enrollment programs (ABM/DEP, Zero-Touch, Autopilot).
• Enforce BYOD/COPE/COBO policies aligned with security standards.
• Manage app protection policies and conditional access via Intune and Entra ID.
• Collaborate with security to implement zero-trust endpoint principles.
• Lead endpoint engineering, patch management, and policy frameworks.
• Diagnose complex endpoint issues and provide RCA with preventive actions.
• Create documentation for architecture, enrollment, and runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as escalation point.
