Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior Endpoint Engineer to define and own enterprise Windows/macOS standards across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing. You will architect scalable, secure endpoints using Intune, MECM, and Jamf and lead large projects from planning to execution.

You will drive automation with PowerShell, Bash, and Python, integrate GitHub/Terraform/AWX, and mentor engineers while strengthening security and compliance worldwide.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years related experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical direction and standards for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing environments.
• Design scalable, secure, and supportable endpoint architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf.
• Lead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to execution.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Mentor senior engineers through design reviews and best-practice guidance.
• Establish and enforce endpoint standards and lifecycle processes globally.
• Develop and enforce system policies to ensure performance and security.
