Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cranston, RI is seeking a Mobile Engineer to service and repair building systems across multiple client facilities. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Life Safety systems to ensure safe, reliable performance.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience, EPA 608 Type II certification, and the ability to travel between sites with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II certification minimum.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between facilities.
• Technical expertise in at least one craft area with multi-skilled capabilities in others.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment across Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Structural, Fire and Life Safety systems.
• Travel between multiple facilities to perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
• Maintain safe work practices and oversee quality of contracted maintenance work.
