Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Mobile Engineer (MES) to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems across assigned facilities.

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and reliable operation, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency response, and reporting conditions to management. A valid drivers license and CFC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license and Universal CFC recovery certification.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering and HVAC-related trades.
• Strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol and MVR screening; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and document findings; prepare management reports.
