Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer II to provide maintenance and operational services across multiple properties, focusing on troubleshooting and ensuring efficient building operations.

The role covers HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems with on-site collaboration with property managers, vendors, and engineers. On-call rotations, safety compliance, and mentoring junior technicians are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Valid state driver’s license; engineering/trade licenses may be required per local/state/national rules.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, and plumbing across multiple properties.
• Schedule and document inspections and work orders for each site.
• Coordinate contractor activities across sites and report issues.
• Enforce safety standards; maintain safety logs for each building.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies.
• Mentor junior mobile technicians and assist with training initiatives.
• Collaborate with property managers and engineers to resolve tenant service requests.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems; demonstrate advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems.
