Intermountain Health is recruiting a hands-on MLOps Manager to oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions. You will lead a team of ML operations engineers and data engineers, driving scalable deployment, governance, and measurable impacts on costs and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to Responsible AI practices, with remote-capable arrangements and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ML ops infrastructure and solutions.
• CI/CD with Docker, Kubernetes; Git.
• IaC with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of ML methods, algorithms, frameworks incl. agentic systems.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL; ML prod frameworks Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, LangChain.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for MLOps tech stack.
• Lead AI/ML, data, software eng, cybersecurity, cloud ops teams.
• Ensure Responsible AI monitoring of ML solutions.
• Execute AI/ML roadmap and product development.
• Mentor ML operations teams and manage delivery portfolio.
• Integrate ML into enterprise processes with governance.
