Job summary

Autodesk, a global leader in design software, seeks a Senior MLOps Developer to operationalize machine learning models and scale the AI/ML platform supporting Autodesk's products.

You will design automated deployment pipelines, build scalable infrastructure, monitor performance, and collaborate with research and product teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable model management.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and MLOps, deploying and managing ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Strong expertise in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Understanding of security best practices in MLOps and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform with MLOps practices.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for ML models from development to production.
• Collaborate to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for training, inference, and data processing.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and logging to track model performance and platform health.
• Work with data developers to optimize data pipelines for training and validation.
• Implement version control and governance for ML models and data assets.
• Ensure compliance and data privacy in ML workflows and platform security.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve the MLOps lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and support incident response.
