Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior MLOps Developer to operationalize machine learning models and scale our AI/ML Platform across products and services. You will lead deployment pipelines, monitoring, and governance to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient model workflows.

Collaborating with research, design, manufacturing, and media teams, you will build scalable infrastructure for training, inference, data processing, and secure data practices while advancing incident response and platform

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps and MLOps experience deploying ML models in production.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Understanding of security best practices in MLOps and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform by implementing and optimizing MLOps practices.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for ML models, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing.
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring and logging systems to track model performance, system health, and overall platform efficiency.
• Work with data developers to ensure efficient data pipelines for model training and validation.
• Implement version control for ML models and contribute to model governance practices.
• Enforce security and compliance standards in all MLOps aspects, upholding data privacy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across the MLOps lifecycle.
• Participate in incident response and system recovery.
