Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of software development with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Proven leadership of software and ML development teams.
Experience building scalable AI platforms on cloud, using containerization tech.
Experience deploying AI models with SageMaker/Bedrock or Azure ML.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and ML lifecycle management.
Strong communication and agile development experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in AI/ML solution development and deployment.
Collaborate with product management, data science, data, and cloud infra to define roadmaps.
Provide guidance on scalable, reliable AI/ML system architecture and key tech decisions.
Drive agile execution, code quality, and security standards across the team.
Create and manage plans, track progress, and ensure delivery within budgets and schedules.
Participate in code reviews and problem-solving alongside the team.
Foster a high-performance culture, mentor staff, and attract top talent.
Contribute to hiring to onboard skilled developers for the AI/ML platform vision.
