Qualifications

• MS/M.Tech/M.Math or PhD in CS/Stats/Math/Physics/Computational Linguistics or related fields.
• 3+ years of applicable work experience in ML.
• Hands-on experience of NLU and integrating traditional search techniques into RAG.
• Proficiency with the Python ML stack (Pandas, DL frameworks, etc.).
• Knowledge of experimental design and analysis of results.
• Experience leading ML teams in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML capabilities that improve Autodesk’s RAG platforms.
• Perform statistical analyses and data exploration for model training data.
• Collaborate with team members to push ML practice to cutting edge.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for ML features in production.
