Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a senior engineer to build and sustain the ML infrastructure that powers fleet-scale humanoid robotics. You will architect the platform for data collection, training, sim, evaluation and model management, enabling AI teams across perception, controls, and innovation to deploy foundation models and policies at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with 2+ years on ML infrastructure or MLOps in production.
• Experience building ML platform components: experiment tracking, registries, training pipelines, or deployment systems.
• Familiarity with orchestration/tracking tools (MLflow, WandB, Airflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Proficiency with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers, and IaC (CDK, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with processing or modeling multimodal data (sensor logs, camera streams, etc.).
• Collaborates across research scientists, data engineers, and robotics teams to ship infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the ML platform for end-to-end data processing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop reliable workflows across cloud compute, Kubernetes, and automation.
• Build core infra such as model registry, feature store, and experiment tracking tooling.
• Own developer-facing APIs and CLI tools to make ML workflows reproducible.
• Implement CI/CD for ML enabling retraining, testing, and production model delivery.
