Latitude AI is building Ford’s autonomy roadmap with an in-house ADAS platform and a vision to scale across millions of customers. We seek a data/ML engineer to curate data, build scalable pipelines, and productionize models from classic methods to deep learning.

You'll define rigorous metrics, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to push the autonomous driving program forward in a startup-like environment within a Ford subsidiary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Robotics or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong Python software engineering skills and well-tested systems.
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems with data pipelines and evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Curate datasets and build scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation.
• Turn data into insight by analyzing dataset composition and label quality.
• Train, tune, and productionize ML models from classical to deep learning.
• Define, implement, and validate model and release metrics with statistical rigor.
• Collaborate across autonomy, data, and infrastructure teams to productionize experiments.
• Develop dashboards and tools to compare software versions and results.
