Latitude AI is building the future of Ford’s autonomous platform with scalable ML and cloud infrastructure in California. You will scale models, optimize data pipelines, and run distributed training across teams to advance autonomous driving research and production readiness.

The role requires a degree in Computer Engineering/CS/EE/Robotics with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Python/C++, and familiarity with distributed ML tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's/PhD).
• Strong track record delivering complex software projects from conception to production.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing ML data pipelines, data generation, and distributed model training.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++ for developing high-performance, production-quality software.
