Latitude AI is hiring a software engineer to build reliable Python ML systems for Ford's autonomy program in California. You will work on data pipelines, model development, and internal tools used by partner teams.

The role focuses on curating datasets, scalable ML infrastructure, and producing trusted analytics while collaborating with autonomy, simulation, data, and infra teams. BS in CS/EE/Robotics and 4+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Robotics or related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong Python software engineering and maintainable systems design.
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems from data pipelines to production.
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Curate datasets and build balanced training/evaluation sets from real-world and simulated data.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines with versioning and data contracts.
• Develop and ship models ranging from classical to deep learning approaches.
• Build ML infrastructure for training, inference, and evaluation at scale.
