Latitude AI is expanding its Scalable ML group to accelerate autonomous driving capabilities. This Senior Engineering Manager role combines people leadership with architectural influence, driving data generation, orchestration, and distributed training at scale.

You will lead engineers across teams, set strategic direction, and partner with ML Platform, Cloud Platform, and HPC teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient ML systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field plus extensive software leadership experience.
• 10+ years of software development with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Track record of setting multi-team technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Scalable ML team, ensuring high technical standards.
• Define multi-quarter data generation, orchestration, and distributed training strategy.
• Represent the team in org planning and architecture decisions across platforms.
• Drive MLOps practices, including model artifact management and deployment strategies.
• Build durable partnerships with ML Platform, Jobs Platform, Cloud Platform, and HPC teams.
• Maintain high reliability and root-cause incident processes across teams.
