Qualifications

• PhD or MS with extensive ML/engineering background.
• Experience designing, building and deploying AI models (ML/DL/Gen-AI).
• Strong mathematics and statistics foundation for AI systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategic execution with long-term value across our flywheel.
• Collaborate with management to define strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable quarterly plans.
• Drive ML/AI solution delivery by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design scalable, secure systems using state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies and best practices.
• Mentor data professionals including MLEs within the organization.
• Explore advanced ML techniques (LLMs, deep learning, graph methods) to solve org-wide challenges.
• Guide MLE teams across growth, Gen-AI, lifecycle, and platform engineering.
• Partner with engineering to build ML platforms and inference pipelines.
