Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a senior ML/AI leader to shape the company’s AI strategy and execution. You will drive roadmap alignment, oversee scalable ML/LLM platforms, and mentor a team of MLEs and engineers, ensuring secure, high-quality solutions across the business.

You will partner with management and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with strategic goals, delivering value through modern AI technologies and robust systems.

Qualifications

• Required 8+ years in ML and software engineering with hands-on model design, deployment, and evaluation.
• Strong background in scaling production ML services and MLOps practices.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations, and legal teams.

Responsabilités

• Define strategic roadmaps and translate into quarterly plans.
• Lead the delivery of ML/AI solutions with priority and deadlines.
• Mentor Data/ML engineers (MLEs) across teams.
• Explore advanced ML techniques including LLMs and graph methods.
• Guide teams on design principles, coding standards, and AI tooling.
• Collaborate with management to ensure secure, scalable architectures.
