Karsun Solutions, LLC is actively supporting the modernization of digital services for Veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role focuses on building and operating ML models and pipelines, integrating with Salesforce/MuleSoft, Power Platform, Pega, Box, and Appian, and ensuring security and governance throughout the lifecycle.

The position is contingent; local DMV area candidates are preferred and onsite two days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, OR related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 10 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Ability to obtain/maintain VA Public Trust background.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a commitment letter.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines for enterprise objectives.
• Apply ML frameworks and lifecycle practices to improve predictive capability and insights.
• Lead model integration with enterprise platforms via APIs and reusable components.
• Monitor model performance, drift detection, retraining, and validation to stay reliable.
• Protect PII/PHI in training data and outputs under HIPAA/VA requirements; assist in security documentation.
• Educate stakeholders and provide technical guidance to ensure timely delivery.
