Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years experience; 10 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Ability to obtain/maintain VA Public Trust background.
• Willing to sign a contract commitment upon award.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines for enterprise objectives.
• Apply ML frameworks and lifecycle practices to improve predictive capability and automation.
• Lead model integration with enterprise platforms via APIs and reusable components.
• Monitor model performance, drift, retraining, and validation for reliability.
• Protect PII/PHI in training data and outputs under HIPAA/VA rules; support security/ATO docs.
• Educate stakeholders and provide technical guidance to ensure on-schedule delivery.
