Karsun Solutions is actively supporting VA digital transformation, modernizing enterprise apps with low/no-code, cloud SaaS/PaaS. The team focuses on data governance, security, and scalable ML deployment across multiple platforms.

Locally preferred in the DMV area, candidates should be willing to be onsite part-time. This contingent opportunity requires a VA background check and ability to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, OR Operations Research.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 10 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining ML models in production enterprise environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust background.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a letter of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines for enterprise objectives.
• Apply ML frameworks and lifecycle management to improve predictive capability and automation.
• Lead model integration with enterprise platforms via APIs and reusable components.
• Monitor model performance, drift, retraining, and validation for reliability.
• Protect PII/PHI in data and model outputs under HIPAA/VA privacy rules; support ATO docs.
• Educate stakeholders and provide technical guidance to meet schedules.
