Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; 10 years can substitute for degree.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust background.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a letter of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines.
• Apply ML frameworks and lifecycle management to improve predictive capability.
• Lead model integration with enterprise platforms via APIs.
• Lead model performance monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Protect PII/PHI in training data and outputs under HIPAA/VA rules.
• Educate stakeholders and provide technical guidance to ensure on-schedule delivery.
