As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead model development, drive production pipelines, and mentor teammates while partnering with clinicians and data scientists to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions across Paradigm Health.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in computer science, statistics, ML, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an ML engineer in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proficient in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models including GenAI/LLMs.
• Experience with production-level ML pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Strong collaboration across clinicians, data scientists, and engineers.
• Startup mindset in fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of ML models and pipelines for clinical trial workflows.
• Develop GenAI/LLM applications to optimize patient engagement and trial design.
• Collaborate with clinicians, informaticists, data scientists, and engineers.
• Improve deployment infrastructure and monitoring for production reliability.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and establish best practices.
• Communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
