Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience on massive backend systems or data infrastructure.
• Proven track record building high-volume data pipelines and processing complex datasets at scale with Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing scalable architectures to support ML/Generative AI workflows and large data transformations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale backend services and data pipelines handling unstructured clinical data.
• Own end-to-end development of simulation environments for evaluating frontier AI models against real outcomes.
• Drive system architecture and technical vision to meet surging demand from top AI labs.
• Collaborate with AI systems experts to deploy new evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.
