Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer - ML Engineer for the Agent Platform. You will define the architecture for the NEO agent runtime, enabling secure, scalable execution and agent-to-agent communication within the Payments Technology domain.

You will lead design, review, and production code across teams, driving AI-assisted practices and secure coding standards while working with enterprise tooling and cloud-native tech like Kubernetes and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of practical experience.
• Experience delivering system design, apps, testing, and stability for platforms or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end architecture of the NEO agent runtime including secure execution and isolation.
• Drives secure, high-quality production code and sets codes and design standards across teams.
• Promotes enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Shapes the SDLC toolchain and automation to maximize value from automation initiatives.
• Leads architecture discussions with vendors and internal teams to guide design decisions.
