Qualifications

• Formal software engineering background with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and production-grade software practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshoots complex problems.
• Leads development of NEO runtime components: sandboxing, agent communication, memory, retrieval, evaluation.
• Drives AI-assisted development practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Mentors engineers and participates in architectural evaluations with vendors and internal teams.
