Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Python and at least one other programming language.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Builds and operates major NEO runtime components: agent execution, sandboxing, A2A/MCP integrations, memory layer, retrieval and evaluation harnesses.
• Develops secure, production-grade code and performs code reviews and debugging.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations.
