Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering system design, applications, testing, and operational stability for platforms or distributed systems in production.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages; strong Python plus a systems language (Go or Rust).
• Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations for AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end architecture of the NEO agent runtime and its security isolation.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and sets coding standards across teams.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Shapes SDLC tooling and automation to maximize value from automation.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architectural designs.
