Job summary

Striveworks in the United States offers a fully remote role or a hybrid option at the NW Austin office. Senior Machine Learning Engineer role involves building and improving agentic workflows and LLM-powered agents across real-world deployments.

You will collaborate with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps to deliver robust AI systems, improve performance, and ensure safety in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in ML engineering or data-centric systems.
• Experience delivering data-centric systems with ETL pipelines and production analytics.
• Experience designing, building, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI systems with external tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use, planning, and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong programming in Python and ML libraries; solid software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML solutions and orchestrate data and agentic workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps to deploy reliable AI systems.
• Improve performance, reliability, and safety of agentic platforms and models.
• Build and evaluate LLM-powered agents and evaluate retrieval and tool-use strategies.
• Contribute to Chariot platform enhancements and mission-critical deployments.
