Job summary

Striveworks in Austin or fully remote is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Agentic Systems. You will build ML solutions, orchestrate data and agentic workflows, and contribute to Chariot platform improvements while working with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps.

We value a BS in CS or related field with 6+ years of experience, proficiency in Python and ML libraries, and experience with AI agents and orchestration.

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, machine learning, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering data-centric systems: data engineering, ETL, ML, production analytics.
• Experience designing, building, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI systems with external tools, APIs, enterprise data sources.
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability and safety.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use, planning, and multi-agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries; strong software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning solutions and orchestrate data and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps to deploy production systems.
• Contribute to Chariot, Striveworks' AI operations platform, and drive platform improvements.
