Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in data science, ML, CS, or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams across office, remote, and customer environments.
• Experience defining and driving execution plans for production-grade technical solutions.
• Strong communication translating complex topics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one systems programming language.
• Experience designing algorithms and production analytics and in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering tools and processes.
• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or above) clearance.
