CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join our AIDR Engineering Team. You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, assist post-training, and collaborate with data scientists to enable secure, scalable AI applications.

You will own end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a fast-paced, agile environment, with mentoring and ongoing learning as core values.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines to support data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and architectures.
• Knowledge of scalability, sharding, partitioning and concurrency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Innovate with state-of-the-art ML tech to accelerate data science.
• Provide pragmatic support for fast-moving R&D teams.
• Implement high-quality solutions for customer-facing apps at scale.
• Analyze to identify vulnerabilities or gaps in systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and contribute to training of models.
• Collaborate across teams to define solutions.
• Mentor fellow engineers and absorb knowledge from others.
• Maintain code quality with tests, reviews, and logging.
