Qualifications

• 5+ years building production ML systems and pipelines.
• Experience leading complex ML projects within a team.
• Expertise in ML deployment, model serving, and monitoring.
• Python expertise and familiarity with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, PySpark).
• Experience with cloud-native ML infra, containers, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, ambiguous ML projects and own deep ML architecture.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver production ML systems.
• Embrace AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment architecture for ML systems.
• Establish SLOs and incident response for production ML.
