Job summary

Amperity in Seattle is seeking a Principal AI Product Manager to own and articulate the AI product vision across predictive modeling, LLMs, intelligent automation, and personalization. You will set AI principles and collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and customers to shape Amperity’s AI-driven platform.

You will guide the portfolio, translate complex ML into accessible experiences, balance safety and reliability, and influence executive stakeholders on AI tradeoffs and required investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management in AI/ML or data platforms.
• Proven track record delivering AI-centric products to enterprise customers.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, GTM, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year AI product strategy differentiating Amperity’s platform.
• Lead AI portfolio with principles, governance, and KPIs.
• Drive long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, investments.
• Own lifecycle of AI capabilities from ideation to delivery and scale.
• Integrate LLMs, predictive models, personalization, automation into workflows.
• Translate ML capabilities into intuitive user experiences for technical and non-technical users.
• Balance performance, explainability, safety, and reliability of AI features.
• Partner with Engineering and GTM to deliver AI products at scale.
• Influence executives on AI tradeoffs and investments.
• Represent Amperity's AI strategy externally through talks and publications.
