Job summary

Harnham is seeking a senior ML leader to shape the technical direction of large-scale production ML systems. You will join a highly technical engineering team and work directly with the CTO to influence AI across the business.

You will drive end-to-end ML initiatives—across recommendation systems, audience targeting, LTV/churn models, and MLOps platforms—while maintaining hands-on involvement in architecture and deployment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Strong technical leadership defining architecture and direction while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with recommendation systems, audience targeting models, LTV/churn models.
• Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid software engineering and distributed systems knowledge.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction of large-scale production ML systems and lead end-to-end initiatives across recommendation, targeting, bidding optimisation, and lifecycle modelling.
• Collaborate with senior engineering and business stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into production-ready AI solutions.
