Job summary

The company is a remote-first organization building a global ads platform and AI-powered products. We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join the Ads ML team as an ads ranking specialist, improving CTR/CVR and model calibration, and delivering end-to-end ML solutions at scale.

You will own research, data, modeling, deployment and maintenance, collaborating across product, data science, and engineering to ship measurable advertiser value and better user experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience in machine learning.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ads ranking models at scale.
• Experience with offline analysis and online experiments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools for coding and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong Python production ML coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve ads ranking models, including prediction objectives and feature interactions.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of ML systems from data pipelines to production deployment.
• Evaluate advances in deep learning and recommender modeling within latency and cost constraints.
• Collaborate with ML platform and product engineers to build scalable ML systems.
• Partner with product, data science and engineering teams to define ranking objectives and design A/B tests.
• Identify opportunities to apply ML across the Ads product to drive value.
