Reddit, Inc. is seeking a lead ML forecasting expert to build models that estimate how campaigns perform under varying budgets, bids, audiences, and creative performance. You will own production delivery and guide cross-functional teams across Ads, Data Science, and Engineering.

The role focuses on probabilistic forecasting, hierarchical modeling, and scalable production systems to inform advertiser planning and recommendations. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping predictive ML systems in advertising, marketplaces, or similar domains.
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and optimization.
• Ability to lead ambiguous technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting and scenario modeling across campaigns and budgets.
• Connect inventory, demand, and response to estimate delivery and performance.
• Develop models for budget, bid, audience, and objective changes.
• Incorporate creative-performance inputs to estimate gain in delivery or value.
• Apply probabilistic forecasting and hierarchical modeling to complex data.
• Ensure trustworthy comparisons: calibration, uncertainty, and cohort performance.
• Own production delivery and technical leadership with cross-functional partners.
