Reddit is seeking a hands-on forecasting expert to own end-to-end predictive models that quantify campaign outcomes under different budgets and strategies. You will connect signals from inventory, demand, and audience to produce actionable forecasts and robust evaluations.

You will drive production readiness, monitor model performance, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, Ads Delivery, and Creative teams. Equity and a broad benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, shipping, and improving predictive ML systems in advertising, marketplaces, or forecasting.
• Strong foundations in statistical learning, probability, and optimization.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral or transactional data.
• Ability to turn product questions into concrete technical plans.
• Experience building and operating production ML pipelines.

Responsibilities
