Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping predictive ML systems in advertising or forecasting.
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and optimization.
• Experience with forecasting, response prediction, or probabilistic modeling.
• Good judgment on model evaluation, calibration, and uncertainty.
• Ability to translate product questions into technical plans and drive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and scenario modeling projects from problem to deployment.
• Connect inventory, demand, and response signals to improve outcome estimates.
• Model outcomes under alternative budgets, bids, or objectives.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and ads teams to evaluate opportunities.
• Develop methods for generalization under sparse data and changing markets.
• Build trustworthy evaluations and document assumptions.
• Close the learning loop by comparing predictions with mature outcomes.
• Deliver production systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration.
