Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Ads Conversion Modeling team. You will lead a talented group of engineers and data scientists focused on building and deploying scalable deep learning models that drive user conversions in Reddit Ads.

You will own the technical vision, collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams, and mentor the team to deliver robust ML solutions, from data pipelines to production deployments, in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading ML teams in ads domain.
• Deep hands-on experience with ML models and production deployment.
• Experience in ranking, recommendations and conversion modeling.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a technical roadmap for conversion modeling.
• Lead a diverse, high-impact team across PM, DS and engineering.
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Recruit, mentor and retain ML talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align data requirements and KPIs.
