Job summary

Reddit is seeking a leader to forecast and model advertiser delivery, reach, and performance, translating questions into actionable ML insights for ads and marketplaces. You will own the end-to-end forecasting loop and scenario analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You will own production delivery, evaluation standards, and technical direction across the team, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure reliable, scalable models that inform investment decisions and campaign

Qualifications

• Shipping predictive ML systems in ads, marketplaces, or related domains.
• Foundations in statistics, learning, probability, and optimization.
• Experience building production ML systems.
