Job summary

Lingaro Group is seeking an ML/AI Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will collaborate with Data Science to productionize ML models, build scalable pipelines, and implement MLOps/LLMOps practices.

The role requires deep Python production experience, Databricks proficiency, and strong cloud knowledge (Azure/GCP). You will contribute to end-to-end ML architectures and present solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with last 3 years in building data processing
• Experience in production-ready ML-based recommendation systems
• 5+ years of production-ready Python code development (microservices, APIs)
• 3+ years of production-ready ML-related code development
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools like AzureML/AzureAI or GCP VertexAI
• Experience with Databricks
• Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, architectures and metrics
• Cloud knowledge with Azure or GCP
• Experience in Data Warehouse/Data Lake/Data Integration/Data Governance/ML/DL/MLOps
• Spark/PySpark and Hive in Big Data platforms (Databricks/EMR)
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines
• Good communication, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Work with Data Science teams to productionize ML models
• Implement ML/LLM automation for scale and efficiency
• Design, deliver, and manage industrialized processing pipelines
• Define and implement ML lifecycle and MLOps practices
• Implement AI/ML/Ops frameworks and support DS teams
• Gather knowledge on modern ML architectures and operations
• Gather requirements and estimate planned work
• Present solutions and results to clients
• Create technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
