Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, deploy, and operate production‑grade ML and Generative AI solutions in a regulated enterprise. You’ll work with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI systems.

The ideal candidate has deep MLOps expertise, Azure Databricks experience, and is hands‑on with Python, APIs, and CI/CD in a cloud environment. This is a remote/hybrid client‑facing role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as CS, SE, Math, or Data Science.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or related roles.
• Experience deploying and operating ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python development with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production‑grade ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end ML production lifecycle from data to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines using Azure Databricks and MLflow.
• Implement scalable model serving with real-time APIs and batch pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and governance.
