Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own the production release of a mixed-signal System-on-Chip for the TeraWave project. Lead from tape-out through qualification, drive tests, and production ramp with cross-functional teams in San Diego, CA, Bay Area, CA, or Renton, WA.

The role emphasizes analog/digital integration, high-speed interfaces, radiation-mitigation features, and cost-driven optimization in a space-grade environment.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent required; seven-plus years in IC product engineering or development.
• Experience owning product releases through characterization, qualification, and reliability testing on complex ASICs.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal testing, ADC/DAC characterization, SerDes, and embedded CPU bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Beamformer SOC product release from tape-out through production qualification.
• Lead validation, test data collection, and statistical analysis; set test limits and ensure datasheet parameter validation.
• Coordinate with design, OSATs, and labs to drive yield, reliability, and corrective actions.
