Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks a senior engineer for the mixed-signal design team building next-generation NVLINK. You will develop high-speed interfaces and analog circuits at 25Gbps+ through schematic, layout, and verification to characterization.

You will work with Cadence tools, perform post-silicon bring-up, and contribute to products spanning graphics to AI, with 6+ years experience and MS/PhD. Base salaries range 168k-264.5k for Level 4, 196k-310.5k for Level 5; equity and benefits

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of analog/mixed-signal circuit design in deep sub-micron processes (FINFET).
• Experience with Cadence IC design environment and analog simulators (Spectre, HSpice, Finesim).
• Proven ability to create test benches and perform detailed verification.
• Strong debugging, analytical skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-speed electrical/optical interfaces and analog circuits.
• Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic to characterization.
• Lead architecture, transistor design and verification using Cadence tools.
• Collaborate with layout engineers for floorplanning and high-speed routing.
• Provide support for post-silicon bring-up and debugging.
