Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Staff Mission Security Engineer to lead end-to-end infrastructure design for classified IT environments up to TS/SCI and SAPs. You will build, deploy, and secure data center facilities, networks, and systems across multiple sites in the United States.

This execution-focused role requires hands-on work with power, cooling, racks, servers, and security controls, coordinating with facilities teams and government partners. Active clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center infra or IT infra deployments.
• Active clearance required for classified programs (TS/SCI).
• DoD RMF/ATO experience is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility readiness evaluations for classified IT deployments up to TS/SCI/SAP.
• Design power, cooling, grounding, and UPS systems for data centers.
• Implement structured cabling, fiber optics, and rack layouts.
• Deploy physical and virtual servers with secure configurations.
• Configure network infrastructure with VLANs, routing, VPNs, and security controls.
• Create as-built docs and RMF-compliant evidence.
